RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

For defective or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a free return and replacement at no cost to you.

1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with a return authorization and prepaid shipping label (for defective/wrong items).

3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at any USPS or UPS location.

4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Need a different size or color? We're happy to exchange your item for the correct one. Exchanges are processed as a return + new order. If the replacement item is a different price, we will charge or refund the difference.

For size exchanges, we recommend checking our Size Guide before ordering to ensure the best fit.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving the returned item. Stripe processing times may add an additional 2–5 business days before the refund appears on your statement.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).

• Your order number

• A photo of the damage or defect

• Your preferred resolution (replacement or refund)

We will cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement immediately.
